A Life Shaped by Art Abdulrahman Mowakket (1946–2023) was a Syrian sculptor whose artistic journey began in his hometown of Aleppo. With a natural inclination toward creativity, he pursued his passion for art through rigorous self-study and formal education. In 1980, he further honed his skills at the Rome Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in nude sculpture and drawing inspiration from Italy’s rich artistic legacy.
